Fast Shipping
At EZtransfer, we understand the urgency of your work. Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Returns Process
All returns must begin by completing our Return Request Form (Below).
Once your form is submitted, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a return form and instructions for shipping the item back.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit.

• For damaged items, EZtransfer will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
